This "Dynamic, Visionary Leader" (or DVL) will "engage the support of key stakeholders (KeyShter's) in order to build and foster an organizational culture of awareness, inclusion, respect and accountability. (CAIn-RAY's)"  Sounds like a job for a good "Community Organizer."
This NEW County executive will be keeping busy:
"Acting as a catalyst for organizational change (CatFOC).  The CDEO will effectively promote and implement county-wide diversity initiatives (DivIne's) in order to expand the capacity of the County’s 'human capital,'(HumCap) and will be charged with 'develop(ing) and implement(ing) a variety of positive organizational interventions.(POInt's)'" 
"Human Capital?"  And here you thought you were "just another brick in the wall."
