THIS IS WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT: THE FOURTH REICH

B.S. Obama, former community agitator and compulsive prevaricator, has disguised yet another facet of his flagrantly despotic Socialist/Czarist agenda in much the same fashion as his "Stimulus" law, which is still a blatant failure, or his universal "healthcare" law, which is more likely to bankrupt most Americans than it will be to provide third-class health care for all but his "waivered" political cronies.


Hidden deep within the labyrinthine bowels of his "Jobs" money pit bill are the following attacks on States' Rights, which rights are currently fully guaranteed by the 11th Amendment to that list of "negative liberties" as written "by a bunch of old white guys," also known universally (except in this White House) as "The Constitution of the United States of America:"

SEC. 376. FEDERAL AND STATE IMMUNITY.

(a)    Abrogation of State Immunity- A State shall not be immune under the 11th Amendment to the Constitution from a suit brought in a Federal court of competent jurisdiction for a violation of this Act.

(A) WAIVER- A State’s receipt or use of Federal financial assistance for any program or activity of a State shall constitute a waiver of sovereign immunity, under the 11th Amendment to the Constitution or otherwise, to a suit brought by an employee or applicant for employment of that program or activity under this Act for a remedy authorized under Section 375(c) of this Act.

Before he enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Apparently Barry slept through that class at Harvard Law.  And your rights are being systematically and   dementedly abolished.  If this tyrannous President Zero cannot be impeached for such "high crimes and misdemeanors," at least his Attorney General should be.
