Another Stimulus Cloud

Yet AnOther "Stimulus" clOud is lOOming on the horizOn, and that usually signals a thunderstOrm, or much, much wOrse, is on its way .  For thOse who were fortunate enough to miss the latest campai...ummm...er..."Jobs Creation" speech, the One delivered to a jOint sessiOn of COngress by the inept fOrmer cOmmunity agitatOr whO nOw Occupies the White HOuse, let's take a clOser look:

1.   Clinging tenaciously to his blatantly failing "green" policies," Mr. zerO recycled, reused, and restated the same-old same-old worn out campaign cliches: the "rich"need to pony up more tax money, he has a "jobs" initiative like the proverbial Ace somewhere up one sleeve or another but you can't see it yet, and we will "Only" need to borrow-and-waste" yet another half-trillion dollars to shore up the unions, the NEA and AFT, as well as the Teamsters'  and his long-time bedma...I mean supporters, the AFSCME.
2.  Obviously, the "Working Class," (that's Newspeak for the hackneyed "Workers of the World" slogan popularized by Mr. zerO's mentor Karl Marx), is being held in financial chains by the "Wealthiest Americans," (more Newspeak for "Capitalists"),  which caste Mr. zerO clearly and utterly fails to comprehend.  By the way, as I write this, the Dow, that consistently accurate barometer of investors' confidence in American economic markets, is once again down 246 points.  I guess Mr. zerO doesn't invest in anything but Federal borrowing, spending, and taxation programs.  He is really good at that.
3.  Extending unemployment benefits accomplishes nothing.  No new money is spent, no jobs other than AFSCME jobs are created.  Chronically unqualified Mr. zerO once again fails to comprehend the difference between Private sector and Public sector "jobs."  He fails, perhaps deliberately, to see that taxes acquired from the Private sector  pay for the Public sector, which sector now encompasses nearly 20% of all employment in America.  Add in the real unemployed at another 20%, and you begin to see the roots of America's economic problem.  Dr. Krugman, you are the weakest link!
4.  "Infrastructure" spending, which is using your tax dollars to pay obscene "prevailing wages" to teamsters, mechanics, brick masons, roofers, boilermakers, and the rest of the unionized infra-jobs, means paying $45 an hour for $18 an hour workers.  No wonder the Unions love them.  And the Unions support Mr. zerO financially.
5.  The call to "Rally 'Round the Flag, Boys," that same flag which Mr. zerO refused to salute until told it was politically expedient for him to do so, is more Kabuki showmanship than substance:  Who in America doesn't want to help our war Veterans as they return home??  Shades of P.T. Barnum, telling us to stop buying Kias until Fords are sold in Korea?  Now, there's a hot market: Korea.  Which way to the egress?
6.  Putting Band-Aids on melanoma not only does not cure the cancer, it only reduces the patient's lifespan.  But "Dr." zerO habitually "fixes" the damages directly caused by his own spending largesse and financial  naivete with more wholly inadequate and perversely inappropriate measures.  Dr. Krugman, I apologize:  you're just the second-weakest link.

SO, Mr. zerO's campaign against American prosperity continues:  mOre public spending, mOre Federal bOrrOwing, mOre Union thuggery, mOre class warfare, and, Of cOurse, mOre and mOre new taxatiOn.  PrOf. Alinsky, FDR and MaO wOuld apprOve.
