Per an interesting e-mail from my son's Portland Public School: FREE H1-N1 vaccines will be available at Portland Public High Schools, Parkrose High, and a Gresham clinic, as well as at 5 k-8 schools in the Portland district. Free to students and adults UNLESS you live on the west side of the Willamette. The nearest high school for you rich barstids would be Cleveland, in S.E. Portland, or Grant in N.E. Portland.
Do you sense some sort of profiling by Multnomah County and Portland Public Schools?

66 and 67
The Legislature wants more money. It will use the money for jobs. Some such jobs will be: DMV Clerk, $42,000 per year plus PERS. Must be fluent in Chinese or Russian language.
(Does it bother you that people who cannot read English are getting driver's licenses?)
