How Do You Spell "Thug?"

How Do You Spell "Thug?"

"DEAR SENATOR:"

Dear Senator ***:
I must express my grave concerns regarding Elena Kagan as a nominee to the Supreme Court, and, in so doing, encourage you to vote against her, in spite of partisan politics.
The primary objection is, of course, her absolute and blatant lack of judicial experience:  the Supreme Court, like the Presidency, is no venue for on-the-job training.
Secondly, her answers during questioning were disturbingly evasive regarding right-to-life issues, second amendment rights, and, perhaps most disturbing were her non-answers to pointed questions regarding strict constructionism versus a "living (read: malleable)" Constitution.
I remind you, Sir, that the Constitution was written in ink for a reason, just like any other contract or compact, and is not subject to the  whimsey of contemporary social mores nor the whim of any Justice who dislikes certain portions as being "negative restrictions on the Federal Government."  We are already suffering the results of  "fundamentally transforming"  governance by the current Administration:  the potential for twenty to thirty years of "fundamental transformation" by a biased Supreme Court will serve only to further erode the foundations of this country, the "Last Stand" of freedom on this earth.
Please do not confirm Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court.
